Would Mexican Petunia flower in one season up here in Delaware, do you think?

Joseph, I really dont know. Here they are a perenial. They die down during the winter but come back from the roots in spring.They are almost invasive, they do so well.

I'm sure it is frost sensitive here...will google or DGsearch for info...is it fragrant? What are you trading for, please?
