Looking for Comfrey plant or seed

Found the comfrey. Have updated trade list to include several herbs in half-packs.

was reading thread was also wondering about comfrey, i heard it was good for compost?

i went on the websites but was still wondering about what is the best way to grow it? container of in the garden witih companion plants along side , sounds like once it is in , it is in!!?
Do you have any info on growing stinging nettle, i know it can be invasive and itchy. WOuld container be better of in the garden along with companion plants
