Brugmansia Claudea
Where did you hear of it?
i seen on a site it has a picture of it i am just curious is all
Wow, pretty! Is it for sale, or being trial tested?
I really love this one, Almost got it in a trade, but the lady had some real bad things happen to her plants while she was out of town, and couldn't send it, I hope to get her one day.
the seedling parent is Shannon Firehammer, I think that's her name, I can't remember who the hybridizer is. It's a lovely brugmansia.

What ever happened to Shannon ?
I don't know about that. I've been gone from here so much, I haven't noticed anything though.
I checked with Shannon Firehammer on this brug. It is not yet released, may be this spring. Guess you will have to keep cheking back till it is ready. I will have Shannon let me know and can post it then. I didn't ask her, but have noticed most new brugs make thier first entry on ebay, I will check with her to see if she might be selling it there when it is ready.
Shannon is doing wonderful. I am growing Claudea out here for her. I will have to search for a picture of her from last year.
What a pretty brug! I love ones that have a nice nod. And so funny, Shannon just had emailed me the other day and we talked again this morning. Small world. I will tell her her brug is being enjoyed here!
Shannon sent me a picture of it quite some time back, and it was alot oranger than yours pphil, Must be that darned ol cold weather talking,
It really is a nice looking brugmansia,

Claudea is lovely, I really like the shape and position of the bloom.
I've seen pics of this one from Shannon and I really like it, too.
Hey there i see my Claudea has made her way here .
She isnt released yet i am still thinking about that i know hurry up and make up my mind right lol
Yes, please do make up your mind! :) It is gorgeous!! I love the nodding blooms and the color, and, well, it's a beautiful plant!
I will i promise i will do some thinking about this tonight and i will let you know I promise
It seems that when the sun is shining directly on a brug that the color is not true in some photos, usually lighter than they really are. OTOH, maybe it's my camera...I dunno but I do notice it over and over...
Congrats Shannon and Mary Usina on this beautiful brug.

I really like it.
