Think your sweet lil jewels may be the Annas; which are year-round residents in the Western side of Washington state, with rare events futher east ...
Or, he may possibly be the Broad-tailed .. but again, according my Sibley Guide .. the Broad-tailed would be an even rarer sighting, that far north, especially this time of the year.
