I just tried something new. My brother makes it with fish, I tried it with chicken.
In a oven proof dish [or aluminum foil] - coat the bottom with low fat italian dressing [I used Good Season's Country Italian - my brother uses Robusto]. For the chicken I add half a clove of sliced elephant garlic and then top off with spinach - over filling so that you have to push it down to cover. For the fish, my brother adds lemon slice and zucchini. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or fold up the aluminum foil into a pouch and close tightly.
Bake on 425 for 30 minutes. Hmmmm
I bet the possibilities are endless!!!
