This is the earliest or latest, take your pick, cauliflower I have ever harvested. 130 days from transplanting in early September, but it is now forming beautiful heads. Had this one for supper tonight. usual years I get a fall crop, but this is the first time I have harvested broccoli and caulilfower in the winter months. Added advantage, I don't even have to tie up the heads or fight the imported cabbage worms.

Man, Most of my cauliflower got frozen just when they were heading up good.
Way to Go!! Those cold grown cole crops are extra tasty.

Looks good Farmer! Did you have to protect it against frost? I got mine in late and the frost got it before the heads developed.
No protection Red. Our coldest weather this year was around Thanksgiving 24 degrees F, Stood that fine. Late December and January have been Extra warm, frosts but no freezes.
