I seem to spend alot of time at Home Depot and I leave from the back of the store to bypass the feeder of the freeway. I kept seeing this bent, rusted, cattywampus, huge shelved stand with wheels. Today I walked into the HD and asked the Asst. Manager if I could pay him a few bucks to remove this "eyesore" from his parking lot. Well, low and behold, he tells me he doesn't want anything for it and it was fine to make off with it. I was in the wee sedan so I called DH to scramble the big TItan immediatley...
It's going to take a lot of elbow grease. sanding, straightening and cans of Rustoleum.. but it was free. Tear down starts tomorrow as we are off to the Museum of Fine Arts tonight to see the Basquiat exhibit. Free live music, a midnight movie, and coctail mixer. I have to get out of the house and do something besides work.
