Immature Leaves, Keep 'em or Not?

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

I was just taking some pups from my NOID girl and noticed a few immature leaves. they don't have the mature leaves characteristics, and I don't think they'll ever mature to look like the true girl leaves(almost like cotyledons), so what do you all do? Cut them off so they don't drain energy from the plant or leave them, because they help supply energy. Or neither, do you just take them off for cosmetic reasons?

Just wondering what I should do. The pups outer leaves are similar, but the new center leaves are very girlie.

And this one is small and has a scar/cut on the leaf.

I'd take them off. This plant looks like my Vintage Sassy Shell a standard by H. Pittman..
Love it !

and another.

She had two nice pups that I took of. Gave her a bit more space to stretch her wings...

What an incredible plant Allison :)
Thanks for sharing.

I also agree...I take off the lil leaves like that..the leaves fill out better without them

hoping to share her since I have several leaves down. I'm just soooooooo impatient!
No ears to be seen anywhere here! and since I cooked my last ears =(
(in case you dont remember my first ears, I put it on my heating mat thinking it was cool enough and I cooked the plant! (duh)

Lots of leaves down and a couple of pups.

My Sassy Shell plants are are small babies. I grew them by leaf. But I have to say the plants look alike.
I sent one to Amy. I have several growing also several of the Ultra violet Dusk...both look simular just different colored blossoms :))
