I got a burr to build a new shelf on Sunday. I was running out of room in my playhouse and the former 'sewing corner' was taking up valuable potential plant space. So off to HD I went.
My ultimate goal it so have water piped out here, so I have a crew coming in the next week to dig a trench and I'll install a water line. I found a utility sink built into a cabinet that will fit nicely in the corner. No more trips to the house with buckets so I can water my plants! I also found a 2 gallon hot water heater so I can get warm water. It will fit under the sink.
Here's some shots of my project. Here's the corner after moving the sewing table to storage. (p.s. this is the corner of my playhouse, the one DH built for me as an 'office' but yea right, it's my like I'm a kid, and this is my fort!)
Ran out of room, had to build a new shelf!
Pretty soon it will be full of AV babies and veggie starts!!! I can taste those ripe tomatoes now!
Hurray!!
Wow your full of talent ! I love them ! Are those glass shelves ? Excellent work !
They are both nice. Did you put the white shelves up also ?
Yea, I'm the handyman in the family. I do it all myself.
Great job Laurie! Loving it!
Looks so lush! Your streps look great. Good job!
Fabulous!!! I love the way you hung some pots along the front of the top shelf, too.
