Here are photos of my NOIDS, 3 of them
new camera!
no problem, I just took a yoga class last night and learned to stand on my head! LOL
That's why I did it! Glad those classes are coming in handy!
Very lovely photos! Thanks for sharing!
That #1 AV is really full! Nice! What kind of camera did you end up getting?
Very nice photos. I love the variegation of #3.
Great plants! And I love that stained glass rose too...
Neat pictures! I got a camera for Christmas, too. You'll have a lot of fun with it. Let's see, some violets, a shelf to put them on, a light, plastic pots, soil mix, perlite, fertilizer, a camera, teacups to put plants in, more plants, dandy pots, more plants, oyama pots..................I have spent a fortune in the last three months. I am almost as bad as my husband with fishing gear (but not quite.) The flowers are pretty!
Nice pictures pretty plants April ! Thanks for sharing :))
I sure like the varigated plant too ! Number one sure has it going on ! Allison
Very nice pictures! thanks for sharing.

ok Begonia, that was a little experiment- didn't do to well.
I got a Canon and I think it's going to be just the ticket, point and shoot for me and different settings for my DH and youngest daughter.
The varigated plant is one that I picked up at one of the local, rather uppity, nurserys. I almost didn't buy it because it's a NOID- they said it was one that had just recently arrived so in my mind they should know what it is, but oh well, just couldn't pass up the varigation.
The larger one I have had for a while and the smaller one I have had for only 3 or 4 months.
Today I will try to send photos of the AVs the Bluebird sent me, if not today, then tomorrow.
My mom used to do stained glass and I have 2 nice pieces from her. She hasn't done any for some time so they are dear to me.
Abilene- everybody has to have toys or interests! I consider the cost of my diversions and interests and compare them to the cost of weekly therapy sessions with a shrink, because w/o them I'd go crazy, LOL.
Thanks.
hope you dont think I was poking fun, is that a baby rose cutting?
I'm with you on the therapy thing! That's why I call my ghse my 'sanctuary' - everyone knows that if I'm not picking up the phone, it's because I'm lost in my little plant kingdom. I'm a propagating fool out there. So much so that I've run out of room. I just don't have the heart to throw even one cutting away.
This fall I shipped out 8 boxes of succulent cuttings in trades. It's a good thing I found Daves!
I feel the same way Begonia :))
No, not a rose cutting- it's a Pride of Barbados seedling that wasn't doing well in the larger pot so I stuck it in an old Bonsai pot. I did it w/ a larger one also. The little one appears to be in need of life supports, where as the bigger one is doing ok. Truly they are not meant for indoors.
I did make 2 rose cuttings however, I visited my mom in CA @ Thanksgiving and she had 2 roses that I thought would be good to experiment w/- having made tons of other cuttings but not roses. Anyway, they are doing quite well much to my suprise!
Poking fun, intentional or not, simply adds to the chuckles, don't you think? I am more than willing to laugh at myself, better to laugh at my expense than the expense of someone who may not be as thick skinned as I am. ; )
Ha! Good point. I got a Canon, too. I love it. Mostly just pictures of my AVs and my dog, so far. : )
Oh, Abby is just beautiful! Look at that sweet face! She looks like she's smiling.... and she looks a little smug, too, so I believe that she know's she's "got it good" with you!
Yes, she has pretty good, but we do too, she a sweetie.
Well it's a good thing no one told her, that would just be cruel and hurtful.
I can't get mine to wear sweaters!
