once more try it flew away first time like this kitty does

I did it got another kitty - callico, but help she was tame all way home that eveing ate went to bed in crate, i let out next morning she ate then was like lighting ran to back house my room closet.... i can not get down to crawl in get her 2 days only comes out to eat will not use the liter box so boy trouble she'll sit in l.r. doorway if i look or move hair she flies back into her hiding hole!! why? what can i do?? has me worried. and do not want messes in htere.. fast shes a flash gone.. From farm life.. thought we were doing good springing her to.. now?? first time any animal acted this way. my daughter says doesn't like me??anyone know??
