Kouloures from Karpathos ?

My aunt would like to find a recipe for this bread. I did a search on Google for Kouloures and found lots and lots of links, but she insists that the recipe she wants is only from Karpathos. So I added that to my search and didn't find anything different. And the few recipes I looked pretty much the same. Is there a recipe for Kouloures from Karpathos that's unique?
