Alocasia or philodendron? I bought as philodendron but this is looking like Alocasia. Please help me.

Looks to be Colocasia. Not really sure which form a good shot of the leaf may help are the veins colored? It could be neon stem or rhubarb as they call it but still hard to say until larger.
The more I look at this I think it maybe Homalomena rubescens.

Because of cold leaves are not in good condition but my plant is very similar to the plant in the link.
Homalomena rubescens.....yes I have this one. Is this a common or rare? I haven't seen before.
