Believe it or not, I don't think I've ever cooked a smoked turkey.
We got one from someone, and it's wrapped in a netting. I don't know if I'm supposed to take that off before cooking it or not?
Also, how long will a 12 pound smoked turkey take to cook? Aren't they partially cooked already?
Thanks for any help you can offer. The bird is ready to go in the oven as soon as I figure this out.
