It's even later than you think. This looks like a hybrid of Schlumbergera truncata, which is commonly called the Thanksgiving Cactus. Nice flowers no matter when they bloom.

Yes that is a 'Thanksgiving' cactus. Most of mine are and they bloom happily any time between October and March . Pretty color.
