Chuck Steak?

Does anyone have a favourite recipe with chuck steak??? Our neighbour has given us a whole bunch of chuck steak, and I have not really used it before. It is rather fatty. I made a stew in the crockpot a few weeks ago with it, and it was good. I just defrosted it and cut off as much of the fat that I could. But would love some other ideas to use it.
