Fudge?? and black eyed peas

anyone have any easy recipies for fudge? seems the ones in the cook book i have just dont taste right to us. i have betty crocker cook book.


and how do you cook black eyed peas?? i usually buy my husband the ones in the can but he wants some home made ones. i know to soak over night. can i cook them in my mini crock pot??? thanks Marie
