Hi DX!! Welcome to the Brug Forum. We are glad you are here. Are you growing brugs?
I just looked up your Triple Action Plus rtu and it will be fine on many, many things. . It is made from Pyrethin and Neem it seems which are both rather benign. I was looking to see if I missed a ingredient for the triple part. LOL. The Neem makes it a fungicide and the Pyrethin makes it an insecticide.
Here is a write up I found on it:
Formulation: Hydrophobic Extract of Neem Oil. Use on fruits, nuts, vegetables, herb, spices, roses, houseplants, flowers, trees and shrubs to control aphids, spider mites, scale, whiteflies, beetles, leaf rollers and other insects. Diseases controlled: Flower, twig and tip blight, altemaria, scab, needle rust, botrytis, leaf spot, rust, anthracnose, downy mildew, black spot, and powdery mildew. May be applied up to day of harvest on all fruits and vegetables From: http://www.stokestropicals.com/Fertilome_Triple_Action_Plus_P668.cfm
Here it is listed also by active ingredient. This is a great site in understanding what is in all the products.

Some people have reported that Neem Oil can burn if applied in direct sun. So if your plants are in the sun, I would do it in the morning or later in the day. I personally have never had a problem spraying in the direct sun but it is not that hot here ever.
I have used palmolive dish soap myself mixed with water. I find it is pretty good in killing those creepy aphids.
I would think it would work for you fine and is not really toxic.
PS I found out that the "rtu" means ready to use. I learned something new too! LOL

Simple water works great for me too DX. The aphids will not crawl back up on your plants. I suggest you try the water method before you go thru the expense of oils and sprays and lotions and potions and blah blah. :) If water doesn't work then nuke'em if you have to!
Kell, I researched it last night, too, but couldn't find out what "rtu" stood for, so I didn't post anything on it! Thanks for that bit of info. That's why I love this forum and all you guys... I learn something from you every single day!
