But as I get more..I will let you guys know.
I will send you a tiger stripe with the other stuf Jesse

Bob..what kinds are you interested in?
My tiger stripe has a few babies I can send out.
Pink panther only has one and it is going to Allison :)
I can save you some from the next batch though :)

Dallas, TX(Zone 8a)

I have never got into trading before because I have never had anything to trade. But this is going to be so fun and exciting and I can hardly wait to get some babies of my own to trade with the rest of you. I am getting so excited.

I have Aussie Alice, Blue Heaven , Chocolate Soldier, Grey Lady ,
Teddy Bear and I still think as it was registered in 1960's as one Albosia Cygnet. :))
PS The blue's and Pinks are the hardest to grow for newbies. I'd try a none pink leaf first as they can cost more .

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Lorry
They will grow babies super fast :)) Give them light natural or tube , they like it warm and humid and feed them. You will get lots of babies fast !
Don't you have Tropical Topaz ?

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

I don't have much, but just received 3 from DP bargains. They're small and I have one stolon down that arrived broken, but if I can, I trade them as they get a bit bigger. I should just send them to you Ali, and since they grow like crazy for you, you could just send me a pup back! LOL

Here they are

Episcia Pink Panther
Episcia La Solida
Episcia Coco

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Is anyone having a problem of not being able to type on the forum ? So weird I have to type in my email and copy and paste it over ? Earlier I was having hard time slow getting on DG. But I have cable connection and everything else is fast ?
Yes Episcia grow super fast. Keep them from getting leggy take stolen off for new plants or put them into the same pot. I grow a lot of mine in pan pots.
Everytime I turn around I have more stolen :))

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

Mine are getting leggy.
I have strawberry fields but it is doing crummy :(
The lasy one looks like pink panther..is it?
I assume not since you want one from me LOL
Any stolons of any of the ones you have..i would LOVE to have
I am still learning from them but lOVE them.
I am going to transplant all of mine into pan pots...and try to fix the leggy strawberry fields.

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

Oh and grey lady especially! PLEASE PLEASE!
Ok I found who is healthy enough to travel Allison..I have two cute little tupperwares with all your goodies in them.
I need to transplant two of them into other pots before they go! And then they are outta here...probably mid week.
I may ship your self watering tower pot seperately. I don't want anyone getting squished by it!
I have a ton of suckers and leaves down also..so hopefully I will have more that are travel ready come spring!

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Take the leggy ones and when transplanting cut it down so it can go into the middle of the pot until the foliage touch the soil. I sometimes cut off all roots and soil and put the plant rootless in the middle of the pot of soil all the way down as far as it can. It will root extremely fast filling in and giving you babies within weeks or two. The picture of Grey lady she is in a 5 inch pan pot. But I cut her up as I owed two stolen to a Bingo winner and the ones I sent were as big as plants. lol Then I made two 4" potted plants and another pan pot plant all from the stolen hanging ..and Mom plant is still in her pot re-growing and filling in :))
Alice has always been my favorite the first one I got. I have share her with friends and family all over th world. She shows no boundaries and I have never know anyone who could kill her. Mine have never got real big sense I always cut babies off to share :)) But mom's and my brother in laws have. People I have sent her to have shared her a lot with others too ! I also adore Teddy Bear, the prettiest foliage to go right alone with the prettiest flowers. Another one that grows like a weed :))

I also haev two other stolons growing nicely...Chocolate velvet and fire ember..So I think I am getting better with them :) They are too small to share yet ..but once they stolon..they will be up for grabs!
I will take your advice when transplanting strawberry though :) Keep your fingers crossed for her!

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

. . Lorry they are so easy to grow and living in Florida is a bonus ! They enjoy it warm and humid. When I put a stolen in a pot mind you no roots I know in a week or two at the most I will have a rooted plant growing crazy :))
You can not kill them. I have never had to cover any of them not even pinks. My husband grows them outside in his morning sun shade garden :))

Braselton, GA(Zone 7b)

I have stumbled onto a new world! I was checking for AV cuttings and came across this thread...what beautfiul plants! I would love some on my front porch this spring and summer...tell me where to get them...please. They are just beautiful and I guess since I have been putting most of my energy into the outside plants, the inside ones have escaped my notice.
Thanks,
JanetS

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

I got most of the ones I have on ebay.
I am sure if you wait til spring..I will have some of my varieties to share.

Nevada, MO(Zone 6a)

JesseK,

Rob does ship all year round, but it is much more expensive. I can attest to the fact that his plants arrive just as healthy in the winter because I usually become desperate for plants during the cold winter months and pay the higher price for shipping.

Also, take a look at his new streps--he has two scented varieties! I'm considering an order. :)

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

Allison..love your pic of the chcoclate episcia...i remember it well..from many years ago...and some greenish brown as i recall...I so enjoy everyone here...thanks.

Braselton, GA(Zone 7b)

I can wait, Chris....thanks so much for the offer...they are just beautiful. Let me know when you are ready and I will send postage or trade with you for something I have...

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

YOu have to save me an Alice..WOW...I would have bought one on karutz if I didn't know you had one and I could beg :)
I would be happy to share some of the ones I am getting from them once they are ready to donate.

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Oh yes I can send you a nice size plant !

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

OH I would be forever in your debt! I LOVE it! :)
Hopefully I won't kill the two variegated from karutz and will be happy to share them when I can.

Braselton, GA(Zone 7b)

I am going to have find some so I can trade with all of you for the different varieties....these will make wonderful plants for my porch in the spring and summer. Can they take sun in zone 7b? If so they would even be beautiful in my window boxes. I am sure they would need to be brought in during the colder months, but what a show in the warmer ones!

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

I don't think they can get rained on if you mean outside Janet..I could be wrong though as I only know how they do in my house.
I have some tiger stripe stolons that need a good home...You are welcome to one of those.
All my others are too small yet BUT once I have others..I am more then willing to share with everyone!

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

I also have some other varieties coming in the mail.

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Well my husband keeps them in pots in his morning sun mostly shade garden and their happy ! I won't let him bring them in in the winter so they die back ( except he had some large Av's that lived in the ground for years at our other home) THey do get rain but if it's heavy rain I'd take them in. Lot's of people hang them in the carports. They do not like the cold, they like hot heat and humidity.
Now hubbys Av's were the largest we had it went threw winters, rain, sun, cold, hurricaines , got the hose no extra treament and it bloomed all the time
foliage looked great and never looked to be bothered by bugs... I wish we had dug them up and bring them with us. When it gets warm I will give him some standards to plant out !
I'm afraid once it's lived outside it can't come in only to the screen room or shed....
You may hav all I have Lorry ! Or anyone else They produce fast.

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

Great Allison..I will take you up on that!
Also if I have any varieties you are interested in ..Let me know..
Hey ..did your package get there today?

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

I just got both boxes from Lorry and Bob yeah ! Thanks both ! Hubby is resting and when he wakes he will help me open them :)) It's Christmas :))

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

So glad they arrived...I just hope I packed them right! Please let me know if they are all safe! LOL
