to great appertizers

Rutland , MA(Zone 5b)

we had appertizers for new years were that were really good and very easy to make

brie cheese with brown sugar and grapes

take a slab of brie (regular not smoked). coat the top with brown sugar and put in 350 degree oven till sugar starts to bubble.
serve with crackers and grapes. the grapes add to the flavor of the cheese.

buy a pound of roast beef at the deli and have it sliced thick enough so you can roll it up.
place slices of roast beef onto paper towels. add alot of coarse salt and pepper then drizzel with extra virgin olive oil.
roll up each piece and stick a toothpick in the middle so people can pick them up.
