Pycnospatha arietina Anyone have tips for growing ?
no dormancy should be grown year round. Damp soil warm temps look up Dracontium very very similar.
year round may be hard here in seattle .. But I will try my best not to kill it !! Thanks Brian.

It can go dormant but usually for less than a month. I have not had any good luck keeping them dormant over the years. They need humidity or dry rot really fast. Best if it were to go dormant to keep it in the pot and keep the soild damp but not wet.

Wow thanks for the pictures.. I am sure I can give it what it wants if it can tolerate shade during the winter.. But in any case its an experiment .. and if it doesnt work out .. Ill just add it to the list of plants I cannot grow and have killed..Amorphophallus Titanum being at the top..
thanks again Brian
