i made a meat pie yesterday and after i finished cooking it i noticed that the bottom crust was still raw looking. in fact, both my dw and i have had some problems when things should have been cooked through and yet they were not. went out and bought an oven thermomoter (sp) and found the temp was 50 degrees off. i was able to recalibate the temp but only up to 35 degrees.
this ever happened to any of you??
