or anyone else with good info.

I just got my computer back on after moving and it appears that my ex's kids ransacked my computer. There is spyware all over it. Do you know what the best "new" freeware is? I did the new X-Cleaner today, and plan on doing the Ad-Aware tonight after I go to bed. But I know new things come up often. I've also heard of a free virus inspector you can download but don't know the name of it.
