My new 5 mo old puppy just arrived today. He is a treasure (aren't they all). My 11 yr old dog died last summer. I haven't dealt with a puppy for a long, long time. After a few hours of play and introduction, I realized that I have 1 big problem. I can't find the "off" switch.
My house is a giant toy box, and everything is a chew toy. So far he has sampled the mail, a few books, some work documents, my clothes, the corners of the bed pillows, my laptop, my new Nikon camera, some furniture, an electrical cord, the corners of the rugs, the weed eater... I gave him a chew toy. He munched on it for a few seconds before boucing off in search of new flavors. Moments later I heard a crunching sound, but the chew toy was in front of me. I looked around to see him chomping on the remote.
He's adorable, but he never, ever, ever stops - ever! You have no idea what I went through trying to keep him still long enough to snap this picture! So I put him on the bed to "contain" him and give me a rest. Moments later - oops - he annoited the new down comforter!
Clearly I have much to learn about living with "baby". Will spend the next few days baby-proofing the house and dressing the bed in machine washables.
Does Anyone Know Where The "Off" Switch Is On This Model?
