(food processor makes prep a breeze!)
spring roll wrapper (square)
A
1/2 lb shitake mushrooms
1 lb headless prawns
1 carrot
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
B
1 lb ground pork
C
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
ground pepper
finely chop A. mix with B and C.
cut spring roll wrappers in half. separate each sheet. place a spoonful of mixture at one end and roll tightly. (will show photos later).
fry in oil until golden brown. 1/2" of oil.
