My sister just sent me this recipe, I haven't made it yet, but thought I'd pass it on anyway;
drain maraschino cherries, stuff each w/a chocolate chip. roll cookie dough around the cherry, bake, cool, then dip in melted chocolate.
She was in the process on making nine different types of cookies, but didn't say which dough she'd choosen for these little morsels. i'd probably use good ole cookies chip dough (plain).
