This is my latest [and probably last] cat Gigi. Some friends offered her to us a few yrs ago[I think Spring 2001?] as they were trying to find a home for her for someone else that they knew that had her, and my friends said they couldnt keep her either. My friends have over 20 plus cats and never turn down a stray. DH and I were puzzled as this cat is GORGEOUS! She was less than a year old and had been spayed and declawed! Apparently the husband[not my friends but the other couple] didn't like this cat. My friends "claimed" they didnt know the full story but Dh and I soon found out why this cat was offered to us: she has horrible BO b/c of her tushy area. Vet said she is fine, that some cats just stink and my poor Gigi reeks!! My friends had to have known this when they kept her overnight and I am sure this is why the original owners offered her to my friends as well. We don't regret keeping her as she is such a sweetie but she has to live on the enclosed porch b/c whatever she touches becomes horribly smelly.
