Just wanted to share the one bloom I got this season. It is a christmas cactus bloom off of my great great grandmother's cactus. It is the only bloom on the plant! Edited to add, I am trying to figure out how to work my new camera. Pentax Optio SV.

Wow Heather, very pretty pink.. Did you load the software that came with your DC? Mine has a zoom on the soft ware. You can also crop them. Mark and another guy in the camera forum had some pretty good advice on how to get a better closeup and focus. Stick your finger in front of the lense and focus on it while pushing half way down on the button, move your finger and finish pushing the button. Haven't tried it yet. But the zoom button on the editing software is marvelous..
