Font size for Outlook Express, Address Book + Firefox

How do I set the font size for the Outlook Express Window and the Address Book? I know how to set the font size for reading and composing messages but when I initially open the OE window or my Address Book the print is so small it hurts to read it.

Also, when I open up Firefox the print is small. I can do a Control+ to make it larger but the next time I open Firefox it is small again. Is there any way change the default font to a size I like?
