I need some valuable advise!
I am planning two dinners. One is Jan for my book club (about 15 people) and the other in Febuary for a church function for 60 ladies.
I am looking for a simple menu idea for the Jan dinner that is self served and a formal dinner menu for the church function that involves 4 courses.
Simple ingedients and easy to prepare are my goals, but I am willing to make more of an effort for a few things! I have average cooking skills.
Any help will be appreciated!
