prime rib in roaster?

Tradition is a prime rib for Christmas dinner. Have any of you ever cooked pr. rib (s) for a crowd? 20? Electric roaster oven? Just testing the waters. Because the numbers have doubled this year I may go to a Honey Baked Ham.
