Bougainvillia - yellow"spots"

My bougie is developing yellow spots on it's leaves! It's been growing in my conservatory for about 5 years . It's about 8 feet tall & similar width. It sits in a 15 inch container with the top couple of inches of compost refreshed every year. It gets regular feeds of a high potash feed. Has anyone any idea what I am doing wrong?
