Christmas munchies

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Heres the deal: Christmas dinner is at my house (egads)..there will probably be between 20-30 people here. We did Thanksgiving at my SIL's and we spent so much time in the kitchen we promised we were not going to do it for Christmas.
For the meats we know we are going to have ham, fried turkey and a roast. There is no way we can have all the dishes that match the meats, so we want to have more of a buffet kinda thing with more finger foods than spooned foods. The idea of people grazing is more tempting than having a sit down dinner. Not to mention not every one gets along so being able to grab a plate and head off to another room is good.
Aside from the normal things like relish trays and desserts, what are some tried and true recipes you use for casual dinners? Things like swedish meatballs and the little sausages would be okay, but we're going to have alot of people and need alot of food, lol.
