I have finally gotten moved & 1/2 way settled in. I now have Charter cable internet instead of dialup. I am getting a lot of the large popups that I didn't before. Is this normal with cable? I can live with it but they are annoying.

I use firefox & that was blocking the popup & still blocks a lot. I also am still using windows 98 by choice.
