December 1, 2005 Brug Blooming

San Manuel, AZ(Zone 9b)

I brought her inside as we had a freeze in Southern AZ over the Thanksgiving weekend.....I put her in my "parlor" window where she gets the morning sun.......any name for her?
Thanks,
Joni

I would just call her beautifull, but she does look like my Isobella that bloomed all summer.

Thanks for all your cheery notes about my Brug....
I had just about given up on them, my over 6' tall one, bit the dust early in the summer, it was just getting new leaves when the freeze hit.......luckily I could bring the smaller one in. It's in my Xmas tree's spot, so in a few days I'll move her to the front bedroom window. She now has 2 blooms open and I found 2 more babie blooms, so it was a lovely Thanksgiving surprise!
It starts out completely creamy yellow and now it is the prettiest shade of rose (?) and down to the stem is still the yellow. I'm just amazed by the beauty. I thought my Angel's Trumpet was gorgeous, but this takes the prize!
