Is this what you're looking for? It's called, "Dwarf Chinese Holly 'Rotunda' (Ilex cornuta)"

In most of Canada you can only grow Ilex rugosa hybrids. These are called 'Blue Hollies'. Blue Princess which I have is 3/4 I. rugosa and 1/4 I. aquifolia. China Girl is I. rugosa and I. cornuta. If you want berries you will need both sexes.
The Ohio River seems to be the northern limit for pure Chinese and English holly.
These are my Hollies:

For indoors you are only restricted by size. Some are enormous. A porcupine holly has spines on the top of the leaves as well as the edges. When I bought from Pacific Rim (hillkeep.ca) I had to pay $12 for a phytosanitary cetificate They do not have Ilex.
