Pinellia pedatisecta any experiences?

I know that pinellia are fairly weedy and pretty cast iron..

I am just wondering...Can the bulbs be stored dry or will the dessicate ?

also full sun or part shade for this one?

Any other tips ?

Im growing a few species of Pinellia outside and they all seem to be pretty invasive. Mine are all in bright shade and they seem to love it...but I wouldnt put them in full sun. What part of Washington are you in? Mine stay outside year round here in SC and do fine even in cool-wet winters.

I am in the seattle area ... we are cold and wet all winter. Now we are cold, wet and snowing.

I was given a tip that If I stop the seed heads from developing and releasing the seeds you can control the invasiveness of pinellia.. But, Ill have to test it out .
