freezing for cookie exchange?

I need to bake 10 dozen cookies for the annual cookie exchange my neighbor hosts. Dec 13th. If I bake these within the next week and freeze will anyone be able to tell they were frozen? I freeze stuff like that all the time for family and never notice but then some of the cookies and effort some of the gals make I do not want to be anything less the top quality.
