Windtorn doubles

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

These would have been much prettier if the wind had not torn them up. The two in front just opened, there's one in the back left that has color.

Susie,
You sure are posting some beautiful brugs,I don't just like her I LOVE her !

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

It's brug season here finally. Our summers are so hot and windy that the flowers don't last long. We still have wind in the winter but the humidity is up, the temps are down and the flowers last longer.

Corte Madera, CA

susie, it's still a beauty!

i had to look up texas yesterday when i noticed we have the same zone!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

If you look on the map of TX and look waaaaaaaaay down at the tip, that's where I am! Your climate is probably way cooler than mine in the summer but I think we both have our rainy seasons in the fall/winter.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

WOW Susie, another DP. Looking good. You have always had the brug touch!!!

Mc Call Creek, MS

Love that soft pink, Suz! Does she have a name (or future name?).

What a shame about the wind damage.

I think Mother Nature has bipolar disorder. We never know if she's going to slap up with the wind or kiss us with the sun. I enjoy her in all her different moods, but sometimes its not very convenient for gardening

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Congrats, Susie. You're a good Brug Mom.

San Jose, CA(Zone 9b)

Calalily, your poor pink brug! It is lovely even with the tears. I love that soft pink color.

La Grange, TX(Zone 8b)

They still look lovely, Susie.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Are you crossing your double pinks, Susie? I hope so. When I look around I see so many great brugs you made that so many people grow all over.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

This one had 4 blooms and I smothered them with pink pollen!

Ellicott City, MD(Zone 7a)

Very pretty inspite of the wind damage.

Gorgeous Susie, you've done it again. Congrats.
