Need Strawberry recipes

Hi everyone,
The fruit bouquet business my husband and I own produces at times a lot of strawberries that are seconds. Meaning, too small for the arrangements or too bruised. So often, I find myself with more ripe strawberries than I know what to do with, that I must use quickly. Well I need ideas and recipes, like strawberry pie and strawberry deserts. Anything that can help me now have to throw these berries out. Recipes that I can make and store would be even better - is there such a thing as strawberry cookies?

Hope you can help me out, it is such as shame to let them go to waste all the time.
