I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE phad thai .. but every single time I make it (following one recipe or another) it never ends up being what I am used to... It iether ends up too bland .. or ends up with a fishy taste ... Im assuming from the fish sauce.
Can someone please tell me how to cook it like they do in the good thai restaraunts?
Also any tips ?
