I am making a Turkey broth---wondering what to then put in the soup to make it extra nice and something new and different...

Any ideas?

And what else do you do with your leftovers? So far today we made Turkey sandwiches, but...what's new and different that we can try? Any ideas?....

My daughter's BF suggested "Hot Browns" but I am not familiar with those but seems to be a regional favorite... I'll have to look it up.

Hope all enjoyed the TG holiday. We had a lovely visit with mother, sister, DH and DD and a few friends. Hope you did too. t.
