Thanksgiving surprise

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

We are having a very snowy Thanksgiving this year. After watching the cold snowy weather outside the window it was a real treat to go in the GH and find that Autumn Reflections had opened up her blooms and filled the GH with a wonderful scent.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day today. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Snowy day. The snow has already taken down a 50 ft Maple in the back yard. It's in the bottom left corner of the picture.
More trees will come down before the day is out as it is supposed to snow all day. :(

What a fitting name for this beauty!! She's so pretty!!
Your yard is beautiful!! We have snow, here in Michigan, but somehow it looks prettier where you live!! I, myself, can't wait for spring!! You are so lucky to have the greenhouse! Enjoy it!!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and all Dave's members!!

Lovely flowers with "long enough to tie in knots tendrils."

Whew, that's a lot of snow. Makes it a bit harder to go over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house we go....

Have a great Thanksgiving!

She is beautiful and a real sport to put on such a show with all that snow falling, wow, and scented too, really pretty!! I really don't see how you do it with such cold, snowy weather - your GH surprises are always a real treat!! Happy T-day!!

Wow !! that looks really cold out there. Our mountains in Calif. aren't even getting any snow this Thanksgiving.

Your Autumn Reflection is beautiful, what a nice Thanksgiving surprise.

Happy Thanksgiving !!

All 3 pictures are lovely. Autumn reflections looks to be a suitable name for the coloring.

We woke with a dusting of snow covering everything this morning but all was melted by 10:30 this morning. I'm not sure I am ready for it yet.

Oh Terry, what a wonderful surprise that must have been. That is such a pretty name for a beautiful brug. And the name is so fitting too!

Acccckkkkkk!!! I'm sorry, your picture of the snow is beautiful, but it sure makes me cold. We have a couple of snowstorms in the winter, but I'm sure it's nothing like what you have there. Happy Thanksgiving to you!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Thank you everyone. This beauty is one of Monika's crosses and has bloomed nearly non stop all year.
With such a long winter here it really helps the cabin fever to see a few blooms during the winter months.
I hope everyone had a great day and are now resting with a full tummy.
emh48 you're killing me! 83 degrees? It was 10 degrees here this morning.

Terry, I just love the color and the name is just perfect. Happy Thanksgiving. Cindy

Beautiful Terry! Thanksgiving color indeed. How fantastic it was a steady bloomer for you. This looks like one I will be searching for in the future.
I love your snowy view sorry about your tree. Hope it fell clear of everything.

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

Beautiful shots, both outside and inside the gh. It's been in the 30s (nights) here but we're headed back to the 70s (days) for the next 4-5 days. I love to look at your show pics, but am glad that I don't have to deal with it.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

She is so pretty Terry. Wish I had her blooming here....but no greenhouse could be the reason I don't get winter blooms...don'tch think? LOL! Would have been great having those blooms for Thanksgiving.

Huntsville, AL(Zone 7a)

Terry, what a beautiful flower with a fitting name. Hope to see more pics of her if she continues to bloom for you. That picture of the snow is something else! Wow.. I can't imagine it!
Hope your Thanksgiving was a good one. Here's hoping the rest of the Winter will be mild and Spring will come soon.

I have this one blooming in my gh that looks similar. It's a Susie French cross of Jesse Noel and Eventide, named Vicki JNE. Makes it smell wonderful in there.

It has more funnel shape, but the colors look similar. I love the notch between the points.
