Thanksgiving Preparation... where are you at?

I know you're all preparing for Thanksgiving, I came in to sit down and take a break for a bit, and thought I'd see where everyone else is...

Last night I tore up bread for dressing so it could dry out, it's sitting in a bowl on the table. Today I made noodles which are also drying on the table, My Sugar Cream pie is in the oven, the Pumpkin, Apple are finished, Chocolate needs Meringue and I have a shell waiting for bananna cream (possibly coconut) haven't decided yet. Macaroni is cooked and waiting to be assembled into Macaroni and cheese, which I'll put in the fridge overnight so all I have to do is pop it in the oven when I get a chance. I've got my broth made out of turkey parts cooling right now. The Turkey went in the Brine last night, the ham is in the oven now, roll dough is on its first rise, spinach is out thawing for spinach dip. I feel like I've been busy all day, but STILL have so much yet to do!

So.... what are you doing? LOL
