I have eaten popovers, (those buns that are hollow inside), but I have no idea how to make them. DH and I had really good, flaky, buttery ones when we went out to supper for our anniversary. They served honey butter with them. Yummy! I'd like to make some, but on searching the recipe sites, I find lots of different recipe variations. I'd rather start with some of my DG friend's tried and true recipes if you wouldn't mind sharing it with me.
