Petrole sole?

I went out to lunch today and was advised to order the Petrole Sole. Oh my gosh! It was soooo good! served w/ a parm. cheese sauce w/ capers. Are you guys familiar with this sole? the other sole i get (never order it out)for home is ok, fast and healthy is about all I can say about it but this Petrole Sole is firmer and thicker.
