Kitten feeding

Freeport, Bahamas(Zone 10a)

I need a little help here. I have two older cats that are great grazers........I leave a bowl of dry food out all day and they nosh all day long. Both are healthy and not oversized. I just got a new kitten that was fed 5 times a day at his previous owner's house. I have never had "set" feeding times so I thought I would just leave a bowl out for this new little guy. Well, he eats quite often, seems he is always near the food bowl. He is a happy little guy who every now and then has a huge belly! Do kittens have the ability to stop eating when full? Or do they eat until the food is gone? Should I try to feed at set times for him? I would then have to do the same for the other cats or he would eat their food when I am not looking. Any hints would be appreciated!
