These are the bugs I am fighting, I assumed they were Aphids but they do not match the picture I found as these do not have the black back legs. they are very tiney
Best picture I could get
They look like aphids to me, Doris.
Poor Doris!! You do have big battles. There are so many different kinds of aphids. They come in all colors. I think they color coordinate to the plant they are specific too. LOL. I have pretty orange ones sometimes.
Doris, they look like aphids. Here is a link to pics of the many, many types of aphids around.

Hope this helps.

well brugie I think I have them licked and then find another plant across the room with some, but I think I am winning LOL
Barb, if you find one in PINK, I want it to replace my green and orange ones.
Thanks bjf, the first picture look just like my leaf. kell I don't think Brugs like me but I am darned if the bugs will get the best of me.
You GO, girl! Don't let 'em win!!
Edited for kell... Haven't seen any in pink yet, but I DO so love the orange ones.. nice springtime hue! ;-)

Oh I think your brugs LOVE you!! I remember your pictures earlier. Incredible flushes. But I think the bugs love you too! LOL. You go get them girl!
You have mail Doris.....
sorry about the infestation, doris.
Aren't they terrible!! Whatever color they are. They come from nowhere and as long as you have a leaf , they find it. Now that I feel them crawling all over me, I'll try to stop thinking about THEM!! Ha!

Wow, Doris. You got infested early. I hope you can get rid of them or it'll be a long winter for you. LOL
Last year they completely covered a small Brug I had on my sunporch. It was in the corner behind some others and by the time I noticed them the leaves were covered. They were the same color as yours Doris.
I gave mine a warm shower too and then sprayed with Safers Insect Soap.
I also found a few on an outside Brug this summer so before I brought them in for the winter I took off all the larger leaves and sprayed them before I brought them in. So far I haven't seen any more.
snowhermit you would not believe how careful I was, befor bringing any into the house they all got a soap shampoo, and the dirt sprayed with safer, and they were fine untill I had another bug simular to Aphids, got rid of them easy, but these lttle devils are always surprising me, but I am ahead of them now, only find an occasional few on one leaf, take it to the bathroom and it gets a soapy shower.
I also sprayed everything last year before it was brought in but they still managed to find their way in.
The roots of mine were rinsed with the hose and repotted in soiless mix.
Somehow I must have missed one. LOL
Nasty little buggers aren't they.
