I make the rolls every year for Thanksgiving and am hunting a new recipe to try. I want something in the sourdough type with that yummy, sweet/yeasty flavor and almost a cakelike texture.
Figured that with all of the great cooks here, I'd get several to choose from...and if I need to get sourdough starter going...it needs to be this weekend.
