What is SASBE ?

Self Addressed Stamped Bubble Envelope.
You mail someone a Bubble Envelope. Inside, you put a note what it's for along with a return mailing label with your information and usually either .49 or .60 in postage depending on the amount and weight of seeds (usually specified by seed giver).

No. Yours appears to be a cassia but not sure with species.
This is the one I have. Also known as candlestick or candleabra bush due to the upright bracts of flowers.
